Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Kairos Invictus, our subscription program is designed to provide a convenient way to receive your favorite beverages on a recurring schedule. You remain in full control of your subscription at all times.
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page before your next scheduled order is processed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, that shipment cannot be canceled. Any future recurring orders will be canceled once your request is completed.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription by logging into your Kairos Invictus account. From your account dashboard, you may:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Update your delivery frequency
- Change your shipping address
- Update your payment method
Recurring Billing
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Kairos Invictus to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is canceled.
Your payment method will be charged when your recurring order is processed.
Failed Payments
If your payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled until valid payment information is provided.
Subscription Products
Subscription pricing, products, flavors, and availability may change from time to time. If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product (where applicable) or notify you before fulfillment.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Opened products are not eligible for return.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
