Return & Refund Policy

At Kairos Invictus, we take pride in delivering high-quality beverages. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For health and safety reasons, opened or partially consumed beverages cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for products that arrive damaged or were shipped incorrectly.

Products must be:

  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges requested after 14 days from delivery cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

We'll review your request and work to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened beverages
  • Partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless required by law)

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.

Subscription Policy

Kairos Invictus subscriptions are designed to provide convenient recurring deliveries.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before your next order ships.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, that shipment cannot be canceled.
  • You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
